The origins of the steam bath come from the Roman baths, which began during the Age of the Roman Empire. Everyone in Rome used public baths, regardless of their social status. The baths were supplied by natural hot springs from beneath the ground.
Nowadays, modern steam baths are the ideal place to lose oneself at a temperature of 40°C - 50°C, wrapped in a fragrant steam, which stimulate physical and mental well being.
